Joseph Lesniak has practiced law since 2003. Most of this time, Joe worked as an assistant district attorney for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. Over his career, Joe rose to the level of chief prosecutor of the Special Victims and Domestic Violence Division where he prosecuted hundreds of serious crimes.
Joe also served as the lead prosecutor for the Pennsylvania Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. In this position, he trained and mentored prosecutors on how to investigate and prosecute online child predator and child pornography cases.
Since founding our firm in 2012, Joe draws on his extensive experience to advocate for people facing serious criminal charges. When you work with our law firm, you will work with a lawyer who understands how prosecutors and law enforcement agents build cases. This experience is simply invaluable, and has led to many positive outcomes.

Joe is very active in his community: he is a member of the local Rotary club and was the Solicitor of Nether Providence Township, where he drafted ordinances and served the township in zoning and other issues. He recently received a Delaware County Bar Association Pro Bono Award for his child custody work, and is the former chairman of the Delaware County Drug and Alcohol Advisory Board.
Joe also provides free campus workshops to inform college and university students about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, DUI and sexual assault, and about their related legal rights and obligations. He became a member of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 under 40 in 2014, and holds an Avvo rating of 10.0 (“Superb”).
