Joseph Lesniak named Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2018

I am very humbled to be named to the 2018 Rising Stars Super Lawyer list for Pennsylvania. Each year only 2.5 percent of all lawyers receive this distinction. What happens if you refuse testing for your blood alcohol content? Due to the varying state laws about implied consent, this can be a confusing topic for many people.
